These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PrestoStories. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Content you provide

You retain ownership of the names, traits, and photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to generate and fulfill your stories and printed books. You represent that you have the right to provide any photo you upload — in particular, that you are the parent or guardian of, or have permission to use the likeness of, any child depicted.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use PrestoStories to create content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others, and not to upload photos of anyone without the right to do so.

Purchases and printing

Prices for printed books are shown at checkout. Because books are personalized and printed on demand, orders may be limited in their eligibility for cancellation or refund once production has begun. If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we'll make it right.

Service availability

We work to keep PrestoStories available and to generate stories reliably, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Generated illustrations are produced automatically and may vary.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PrestoStories is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
